TERMS AND AGREEMENTS
By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Service Schedule
Your yard may be serviced anytime between 9 AM and 3 PM on the scheduled day. We do not offer fixed appointment times, and service dates may be adjusted as necessary. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the yard is accessible on the scheduled service day. If we are unable to access the yard for any reason, the full service charge will still apply.

Pets & Safety
The Crew loves dogs and strives to create a comfortable experience for them while keeping your yard clean. To help build trust, we may request an initial introduction to your pet. However, if a dog exhibits aggressive behaviors (excessive barking, growling, or jumping), we may ask that they be kept indoors during service. Proof of up-to-date vaccinations may be required for safety reasons.

Weather Conditions
The Crew works in most weather conditions, but severe weather may delay service. Heavy rainfall exceeding 1 inch, extreme heat, or hazardous conditions could result in a reschedule. If your service is postponed, you will be notified. Since we will be cleaning up twice the amount of waste on the next visit, no credit will be issued.

Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand by our service! If you are dissatisfied for any reason, let us know within 24 hours, and we will return to re-Doo your yard. Please note that this guarantee does not apply to new waste deposited after our visit.

Payment
We accept debit/credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. For our one-time cleanups, an invoice will be sent and must be paid prior to the visit. For our monthly subscription customers, automatic billing will be set up via credit/debit card.

Holiday Schedule
Doo Doo Crew operates year-round, except on the following holidays:

Independence Day

Labor Day

Thanksgiving & the Day After

Christmas Eve & Christmas Day
If your scheduled service falls on one of these holidays, we will reschedule for the day before, the day after, or the following week. No credit will be issued due to double the waste cleanup on the next visit.

Service Cancellation & Suspension
If you need to discontinue service, please notify us via phone, text, or email before the 1st of the next month to avoid additional charges. If service is canceled and later reinstated, a one-time clean-up fee may apply if waste has not been regularly maintained.

Pet Waste Disposal
The Crew will properly bag and take the Doo with us! No hassle or smells left for you to deal with.

Yard Maintenance Requirements
To ensure the most effective service, we ask that yards be:
✔ Free from excessive debris and trash
✔ Grass maintained at a reasonable height
✔ Clear of excessive weeds and fallen leaves
The Crew can only remove waste that is visible and accessible. If the yard is not maintained, we may be unable to completely clean the area. Waste that has accumulated for 3 months or longer may be difficult to fully remove due to decomposition.
Gate Access & Lockouts
If your yard is secured by a gate, please ensure it is unlocked or that we have the access code before our arrival. If we are unable to enter, the full service charge will still apply.

If access issues persist for three consecutive visits, your service may be canceled without refund.

Liability & Safety Policies
At Doo Doo Crew, the safety of our staff is our top priority.

If a pet shows aggressive behavior or attempts to bite, service may be permanently discontinued.

If a pet injures a staff member, the pet owner will be responsible for any related medical expenses.
We recommend keeping aggressive pets secured during service to prevent any risks.

Pet Health & Sanitation
To minimize the spread of bacteria and diseases, The Crew disinfects tools and footwear before and after each service. While we take precautions, there is always a small risk of disease transmission. Doo Doo Crew is not liable for any illness transmission. If your pet is experiencing symptoms of illness, we recommend contacting your veterinarian and notifying us before your next service.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued after payment is processed.

Service must be canceled before the 1st of the month to avoid additional charges.

Discontinuation of Service
Doo Doo Crew reserves the right to discontinue services due to:

Non-payment

Repeated access issues
-
Safety concerns
If service is discontinued, no refunds will be provided.
Pet Count & Service Adjustments
To ensure accurate pricing and scheduling, customers must disclose the correct number of dogs.

If additional dogs are introduced, please notify us as soon as possible.

Increased pet numbers may result in additional fees

Service Agreements
Doo Doo Crew does not require contracts, but by signing up for service, you acknowledge and accept our terms and conditions. By using our services, you agree that Doo Doo Crew is not responsible for any illness, injury, or damage that may occur.​

Communication Policy
By engaging with Doo Doo Crew, you consent to receive service updates via phone, text, or email unless you request otherwise.
Service dates may be adjusted due to route changes, and customers will be notified of any changes.​
